busy weekend and such

Apologize..nak sapu sawang sekali lagi.. busy sgt..sampai tak sempat menyempat nak update the blog. Sedikit update, my beloved husband having a massive spinal pain, so kene la drive, and do loads of things for him. Dah met with Neurosurgeon, so he is having a DDD, which means degenerative spine disease.. 

What is a spinal disk desiccation?

This means "atrophy" or "drying out" of the intervertebral disc, resulting in loss of height. Spinal discs are normally rubbery round pads that are filled with a jelly-like substance called the nucleus. Normal disks are well hydrated, the nucleus containing 80 to 85% water and the anulus about 80%. Together with the cartilaginous end plates of the adjacent vertebral bodies, the intervertebral disk forms a disk complex that gives structural integrity to the interspace and cushions the mechanical forces applied to the spine. Dessication is often considered the first stage of spinal degenerative changes, and no longer provides the cushioning necessary between vertebrae.

Before MRI tuh, I was so worried..nangis lepas sembahyang, then after the result, we went to ANOC, Advanced Neuroscience and Orthopedic Clinic,Bangsar membawa the MRI result to Dr Chee Pin Chee.

So in his case, not that serious.. kalau in 2 weeks time, his condition getting worst, surgery is the only option. Terus rasa macam gelap jap.. spinal nie mmg x boleh main-main.. boleh jadik permanent disability tau.. 

His appointment in 2 weeks time dgn Dr Chee. Tuh on Saturday.. so lepas tuh kitaorg balik, since he was in pain.. dapat plak sms dari Zaidi yang DZ dah bersalin baby girl.. Alhamdulillah..

Dalam pada itu, I dah buat appointment with Chiropractic di Cheras, Katey Paczek. So Sunday rushing jumpe Kate. So many things yang happened so tak sempat la nak update.. Will update more about Chiro and his treatment later.. if things getting better with the Chiro, I shall update lagi ye.. Salam maal Hijrah dari kami sekeluarga.
