I have finally reached the end of my review with my 30 days on Bio Life Slim. Alhamdulillah, it has been an enjoyable journey. I am concluding that this dietary supplement is wonderful and it has allowed me to perform my responsibilities.[so many u wldn wana know =P]
I had just given birth a month ago. I went throught ceaserean section for the 3rd time, unfortunately. Recuperating on my own and managing the household on my own has always been challenging. Waking up from the op recently, im almost disappointed as i thought this 3rd round will take a really long time. 3rd c-sect was different. Alhamdulillah, Bio Life Slim came along. It is not just about slimming.. It gives u overall health as it works smart. I have already been maintaining a moderately balanced lifestyle tailored to my body and blood group. I use to have the belief that im healthy, i eat well and i dont need supplements. Well. i stand corrected. =)
After having 3 kids, going through daily routines...dealing with illnesses. i did a lot of reading, researching, studying and even consulting some people. We may have a good eating habit and lifestyle BUT its not enought. After cooking, 50% of the vitamins is already lost. And coupled with the overall global quality of food production due to globalisation and nature tampering due to consumerism...all the vitamins are slowly diminishing..HENCE what reaches us is only left maybe 30%.....maybe?! That is insufficient. WIth a busy routine, i need to stay healthy and tiptop condition. =) I started popping supplements during my 2nd pregnancy and the difference it made was wonderful.
